You then have the option of managing the solution yourself, or allowing our experienced team of professionals look after the day to day management of your investment. We have total control over your bandwidth delivery. We can restrict cumulative totals, implement packet-shaping, burstable bandwidth, provide you with very granular bandwidth reports and much, much more. Silver Technologies take your colocation solution very seriously. We have a strong relationship with Dell and Compaq and we require that all provisioned colocation systems are supplied with hardware SLA's (Service Level Agreements), which sets out the level of service supplied to us by these vendors and implies penalties for non-delivery.

Total Environmental Control
The robust exterior-independent design of our data center allows us to serve the needs of our clients regardless of what happens in the outside world. Our facility is climate sealed from the outside and climate controlled from the inside to ensure maximum security against server heat-outages. Even thunderstorms or hurricanes cannot damage your servers. Precision-controlled air conditioning systems protect and cool mission-critical servers and equipment in the Network Operations Center. The facility is controlled by quad-compressor/dual-blower redundant systems. These systems provide a virtually dust-free and particle-free computing environment, within the Australian standards for temperature, humidity, and air-quality regulation.

Real-Time Monitoring Around The Clock.
We monitor our servers, routers and switches around the clock. The monitoring system we use is an industry leader and recommended, most versatile and accurate program for server monitoring available. Our systems are so closely monitored, that our system can trace through our network via redundant paths and tell us exactly where the fault is, no matter what has happened.

Absolutely Uninterrupted Power
Our state of the art Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) and Diesel Generator backup systems are built with redundancy and scalability in mind.
The state-of-the-art generator is part of an overall power system that cleans and conditions commercial electrical power to remove any irregularities or spikes in the supply. On one tank alone, our diesel generator can power the entire facility at full power for approximately 40 hours before fuel re-supply is necessary. We have three seperate 24 hour refuelling contracts, held with three seperate petrol companies to ensure that in the event of a power failure, a fully-fuelled tanker is dispatched within four hours from each location for our data centre. If all three tankers make it to the facility, the first one waits and refuels the generator and the other two are sent back. This operation cycles every 24 hours until normal utility power is restored.
